1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using BlynkBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of BlynkBot including Shopify merchants and their customers.

2. Description of Service

BlynkBot is a WhatsApp AI customer support and automation platform for Shopify stores. We provide order automation, AI-powered customer support, CRM inbox, and WhatsApp Business API integration services.

3. Shopify Integration

BlynkBot integrates with your Shopify store through the official Shopify API. By installing BlynkBot, you authorize us to access your store data including orders, customers, and checkouts as required to provide our services. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. WhatsApp Messaging

BlynkBot sends WhatsApp messages to your customers on your behalf using the Meta WhatsApp Business API. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from your customers to receive WhatsApp messages. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable messaging regulations.

5. Subscription and Billing

BlynkBot offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BlynkBot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited uses include sending spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages, attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineering our service, or using BlynkBot to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlynkBot is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BlynkBot at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the BlynkBot dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
